Reiki
Reiki is a gentle treatment designed to restore balance and calm to your body and mind. I work mainly with a hands-on approach, but you’ll remain fully clothed, and it’s very different to massage. Crystals can be incorporated if it feels right for you, and I always leave time afterwards for us to talk through anything that may have come up during your session. It’s a quiet, nurturing space to reset, release, and simply be.

Express Reiki/Massage
Your session begins with 30 minutes of Reiki to restore balance and calm, followed by a 30-minute scalp massage to ease tension and help you fully switch off. It’s a beautiful blend of energy work and touch therapy, designed to soothe your nervous system and leave you feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply relaxed.

A deeply comforting massage using warm basalt stones to melt away tension and soothe tired muscles. The heat from the stones allows me to work more deeply and gently at the same time, helping your body fully relax and let go.

A massage of the back, neck & shoulders using a hot oil massage candle The candle is lit prior to your treatment to release warm oils, that are then used for your massage service The oils are deeply nourishing & conditioning & feel warm to the skin on application This is the ultimate in deep relaxation, with hot stones used toward the end of your treatment

An ancient treatment designed to ease stress and invite deep relaxation. This seated massage focuses on the upper shoulders, arms, neck, scalp and facial pressure points, helping to release built-up tension and calm a busy mind. Using Neal’s Yard massage oils, the experience feels grounding, soothing and beautifully restorative.

Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage
A deeply soothing massage focusing on the back, shoulders, upper arms, neck and scalp to ease tension and encourage full relaxation. Using Neal’s Yard massage oils, the treatment feels nurturing and grounding from start to finish. A warm towel is gently applied at the end, leaving you feeling comforted, relaxed and ready to float back into your day.
