Full Body Massage
It’s proven that regular massage is so good for you, mentally as well as physically.
We will discuss any problematic areas & tailor your massage to your needs on the day, be it working out knotty shoulders, tired legs, or just needing 75 minutes of calm. I truly believe that you should switch off totally during your massage, so you won't hear from me throughout your treatment unless I need to ask you to move! We’ll end your treatment with some breathing & relaxation methods, to help you carry that calm feeling away with you.

This is a massage tailored to work on those areas where we hold tension! Specifically focusing on the lower back, easing the shoulders & loosening the knots away.
Lash Lift & Tint
This treatment is perfect for when you want to look like you’re wearing mascara, but don’t want the hassle of applying make up every day. The lifting process curls & lengthens the natural lash. Dermaplaning Facials
Dermaplaning is a deep exfoliation treatment combined with a facial. A sterile scalpel is used to remove peach fuzz hair from the surface of the skin, & dead skin cells & debris build up of products. Skin is cleansed, dermaplaned, cleansed again & either an SPF is applied or you can opt for a collagen mask & massage with ice globes.
Oncology Massage
This is a full body massage, designed specifically for anyone with a current cancer diagnosis, or in recent remission.
I trained with the Jennifer Young Academy to complete this qualification, as I wanted to be able to offer a safe & regulated treatment for those that need a little time out from medical treatments.
We can tailor your massage to work on any areas that are causing you pain, & avoid any areas that are particularly sensitive.
Gua Sha Facial Massage
This. Is. The. ULTIMATE in facial relaxation!!
Gua Sha stones are used to smooth the skin, helping reduce the appearance of fine lines & wrinkles. Gua Sha is so beneficial for toning, lifting & sculpting the face, especially along the jawline, brow bone, & the cheeks.
Gua Sha is also a brilliant tool for lymphatic drainage, so reduces puffiness to the facial area.

Reiki stands for Universal Life Energy.
When people ask me what Reiki is, I suggest that they simply try it!!
Reiki for me is all about you leaving any negative energy behind, releasing anything that no longer serves you, & letting the good energy flow to wherever your body, mind & soul needs it.
Some people see colours, feel heat or tingling sensations, others are just switched off & fully relaxed.
You remain fully clothed, under a cosy blanket, & you will feel my hands work from your crown to your feet.
We finish your session with some deep inhales & slow exhales.

About Me
My Story
After working in admin roles since leaving school, I finally took the plunge & changed career after having my daughter in 2007.
I retrained at North Herts College to become a hairdresser, whilst working part time in a local salon. I have been doing freelance hair since 2010, & over the following years, I have completed courses in nails, brows, lashes, & in 2018, facials & massage.
I opened Mon Paradis in 2021, after having been fully freelance previously. I am now mainly home based in my treatment room & it’s so rewarding when someone arrives feeling stressed & leaves visibly relaxed.
I grew up in Hitchin & have always loved living here. I’m a Mum of one, & wanted to change career to fit in around family commitments.
Outside of work, I love socialising with friends & my family, who all live close by.
